Beginner / Intermediate Bridge Bridge Basics 1, a six week cource providing an introduction to those who never played bridge before, or re-introducing bridge to those returning to bridge after and absence, will be scheduled in April 2007. Cost: $12 per person. Bridge Basics 2 - Competive Bidding, will begin February 12, 2008. Tuesday nights at 7:15 p.m., the series of six lessons will emphasize Competitive Bidding. Topics include: Pre-Emptive Openings (and Responses), Overcalls and Take-Out Doubles (and Advances), as well as Responding to Opening Bids after an Opponent's Overcall. Cost: $90.00 per person for the series of 6 lessons, plus $12.00 book.

Free Mini-Lessons: BCCNJ offers mini-less free to those who play at games that follow, on Mondays at 11AM, Tuesdays at 11AM, Wednesdays at 6:15PM and Thursdays at 11AM. Topics and skill levels vary depending upon the students attending.
